curlyweaveI am a black woman with black woman hair issues, lol. I decided to document my hair      escapades because I have been approached so many times with “How did you get your hair like that?”

I have always been fascinated with my hair and have always tried to make it the best it can be. I have gone from perm, to weaves, and now I’m sporting my natural hair. I never thought I could rock a natural do though. Lord knows I’ve tried everything under the sun with my hair, lol. I do weaves for most of my clients, but since going natural I am picking up more new clients with natural hair and those contemplating going natural. Long story short, I’m natural, I’m loving it, and I’m getting stopped for it. Today I comfortably move between worlds.

NaturalTales is a space for me to blog about these hair escapades; how I treat my hair, hair inspirations, hair products I like and don’t like. And in the midst of it, I hope to provide some kind of guidance to other women seeking to be at their best.

Oh yeah! I might also mention things that interest me like Korean dramas, because I love watching that ish! RuPaul’s Drag Race, music, arts, food, etc.

BTW I am a graphic designer by day. Hair extrodinare all day everyday 😉

Ah right ah right…here we go!
